What does rolling with advantage mean?

It means rolling 2d20 and keeping the higher result. Disadvantage is the opposite — you keep the lower roll. The preset sets this up automatically, no manual math needed.

What is 4d6 drop the lowest?

It's the standard method for generating ability scores: roll 4d6, discard the lowest die, and add the remaining three. It produces a range of 3–18 with an average around 12.24, skewed higher than a flat 3d6.

What is a percentile die (d100)?

It generates a result from 1 to 100, simulated with two d10s — one for the tens digit, one for the ones digit. A roll of 00 and 0 together equals 100, not zero.
